Amazon buyer account without billing address verification?

Trying to make a Buyer account since my personal account was suspended. I tried to make one and I used a VCC and typed in the billing address wrong by accident so they locked me out and cancelled my order.

I'm looking to buy a Macbook for around $2,600. What payment method do you recommend I use to have a stealth buyer account?

I need a payment method where I can use any billing address or name so that I dont get hit with that verification email from amazon again.

You need to start slow, buying under $100 items for about a month. Then you can buy the macbook. I'm guessing you got suspended for bad giftcards?

$ 100 for the first month? It is too long. How does this affect the Amazon account?

Yup. I purchased a roll of tape and that was fine, so I figured I’d add on my MacBook. Immediate got an email

This time I added “Jim” to my credit card as an authorized user with a different billing address. So the billing address is correct. It’s a US chase credit card.

How do I get this limit removed? I sent them an email with the correct name and billing address in the card?

At that point why bother with Amazon for the macbook? Go to B&H? The Apple store? There's authorized apple retailers where you don't have to deal with Amazon's bs, and they are cheaper.
