Got the suspension Mail yesterday:

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please send a plan of action that explains:
-- The root cause(s) of the Sales Rank & Search and Browse violation;
-- The actions you have taken to resolve the policy violation; and
-- The steps you have taken to prevent this violation in the future.

This was my Answer:

Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,
I am the owner of the Amazon Seller Account, and I am writing to appeal our suspension due to Sales Rank & Search and Browse violations.

The root of the issue is that we violated Amazon's Selling Policy for misuse of sales rank , by placing orders for our own Product.

Today I told my family members of to order my Product with the ASIN: xxxxxxxxx(Product Name) which lead to the deserved suspension of my Seller Account, as im guilty of violating the Seller Policy.

These are the Orders that were ordered by my family member purchased
Order# xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Order# xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I have made sure that the orders that were made by my Family Members are canceled/sent back to the Amazon Warehouse.

I closed the listing so the item can no longer appear in the Amazon.com catalog and cannot be purchased, in the meantime we focus on educating and updating my knowledge of the seller policies to avoid violating them in the future
I will never tell any of my Family members or Friends, or any of my relatives, to order any of my Products again.

I have taken time to read every part of the Seller Policies to make sure I do not violate them another time.

Conclusion: I have definitely learned my lesson and I take full responsibility for the misuse of the Sales Rank & Search and Browse Violation. We respectfully request that Amazon reinstate our selling privileges. Thank you for working with us to resolve this issue.

Now I have gotten the same E-Mail again,
does anyone have advice on what else should be written in the Mail?
I've owned up all my mistakes and violations and was honest with them, now I really dont know what they want to hear

If you are found manipulation the ranking, rating, reviews or feedback you will not be reinstated.

This is just Amazon paying you lip service.

Same suspension is mentioned countless times on the main AMZ forum without any reports of this kind of behaviour being forgiven.

Time to go stealth with a new account.

yes this happens more and more now.
However, people saying its impossible to get back is incorrect.

Yes it may be hard, but aslong as you know what you violated, and give a plausible reason as to why it happened and how you will ensure it wont re occur, then you have a chance of reinstatement.

I know you have a service to sell but this type of suspension is NEVER overturned and you know it. 'A plausible reason...' c'mon, they're not stupid.

You must surely frequent the main forums, the flak that Amazon are getting for site manipulation means this is one area they simply are not budging on.

Best advice is to start again, it's as simple as that.

its not impossible! I said there is a chance and thats because there is.

Sure, if you want to sell again on a new account, it may certainly be easier and recommended for sure!

but some people if they have brand approval, category approval and a load of money stuck.

Then its not as simple to move on...

Find me one example where this type of suspension has been overturned because I've never seen one.

Anyway, I've no sympathy for them, I've never been a fan of this kind of behaviour so if they want to waste their time and money appealing it then that's fine by me. I merely wanted to answer them truthfully.

They'll get any money eventually (I'll wager its a tiny amount) and another account can be purchased here. Lesson learned.
