how to refund buyer's money back when amazon closed my seller account?

my stealth seller account was closed down by Amazon so i can't login to refund the buyer's money back if there're any problem with the products in the future. How do i process it when buyer contact me for a refund?

What an absolute mess. 100% Amazons fault. Let them deal with the fallout, nothing you can do now. Ive had Amazon pull this **** too, nothing you can do.
