First of all do you think they're right or not you must answer that. If you think they're wrong you must explain it the way they want. Even if you write thousands of mail with lots of explaining. It still not change your situation. But if you send a specific e-mail giving the answer they want you can get your account back in a one mail. It's getting more complicated every day. Does AMZN have some policy about price gourging ,taking advantage of folks in

but yes try writing appeal letter as much as you can with he most details you can add also add certificates if you have...!!!
