...an Amazon account in the US with a debit card?

Someone mentioned on another thread that if the address on the card matches the address, then you are not likely to get asked for further validation (such as, utility bills). Is this true?

If so, be easier to obtain debit cards where the addresses can be more easily switched than can credit card addresses.

Any thoughts...?

whether info matches or not 90% of the time you are going to have to verify your account with ID, bank statement, utility/business license

debit or credit doesn't matter as long as it accepts the charge

Who knows, just keep trying every few days to not flood them more than they are already
