Tax interview: US or Non-US

Hello, as a non-US resident I opened a sole member LLC in Wyoming and got an EIN. In Amazon Tax Interview, to the question "For U.S. tax purposes, are you a U.S. person?", should I answer Yes because my LLC is in the USA, or No because I am a non-resident?
