Amazon Customer Refund Question
Question:
I have a return to process but I don't have any current sales and my account balance is $0 after disbursement. If I was to issue a refund, where would Amazon pull the funds from to pay back the customer?
1. Will it come from my credit card listed on file under "charge method"
2. Will it come from my bank account listed on file under "deposit method"
Or will Amazon go ahead and issue the refund and keep my account negative until I generate sales?
--Is there a way to leave a portion of funds in my Amazon seller central account from monthly disbursements?
