Default Amazon deactivated

Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated.

Why is this happening?
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. We found that your current selling account is related to a different selling account which violated our policies and is not allowed to sell on our site. As a result, you may no longer use the current selling account to sell on Amazon.com.

2-3 years before I bought a US amazon account from "Member VIP". Now i got this message. How it's possible?

Someone can help with the appeal?

Has your account been deactivated in error?
If you believe there has been an error and your account is not related, please submit an explanation detailing why your account should be reactivated by following this link https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard. You will need to provide supporting documentation to show that no relationship exists. Supporting documentation may include invoices, receipts, and/ or e-mails.

Thanks .

Which member did you buy this from?

And if this happened the past couple weeks ago there's been an amazon glitch where they suspended a bunch of users out of error. But they reinstated everyone

i don't get reinstated. And this account many years and no issue. no trademark issue.

I bought it from "ELMO" long time ago.

Need to appeal . But i don't know how .

Thanks.

Most likely they linked the account to another account of yours

The only time we see related suspensions due to verification is at the start when the shop is actually being reviewed/verified, within the first 1-3 days (and its very rare since we cross reference all information used and make sure nothing is re-used), never randomly 1+ week later, especially not 1-2+ years later

Amazon is good at detecting related accounts, if you know what you're doing and you're careful, its likely they linked yours due to selling the same items previously sold on another account - or occasionally something as simple as a re-used IP/cookies

Me ?

I use Dedicated IP VPS and use it for 3 years. never change information.
never sold trademark products, all is good.

I'm surprised that I got this. I build business for 2 years and that happens.

Very strange.

not strange at all with VPS

VPS = #1 reason to getting shops suspended to related account

VPS are highly abused by people that want a quick and easy amazon shop solution, so the majority of them have likely already been used on Amazon

send email to amazon and deny it.
happened to me once years ago, i totally denied what amazon said and after 1 or 2 days, amazon reinstated my account.
amazon may suspect that you have other account but they don't have proof unless you admit it.

That's not how "linked" related suspensions work on Amazon

If you were to create a 2nd account for one of your existing accounts with the same information, your new shop would be suspended and linked, and nothing would happen to your 1st shop.

Like I said, its likely a linked related suspension for selling previously sold items, or the VPS.

Dudu, if you are certain you made no mistakes, appeal the suspension and clearly explain that there is no possibility you've had another account and they will reactivate your account, if they don't have a solid link that is

Good luck
