Amazon Lost my Shipment
Hello, Amazon Lost our 4 Pallet Shipment,
Sent with Amazon Partnered Carrier, (Estes)
After awhile Shipment was not checked in, Called Estes and got a Delivery Confirmation PDF showing that it was Delivered to AMZ, On the case I sent the BOL, Shipment confirmation, All Invoices to each item.
Opened the Case on June 29th,
Did not get a reply from an actual rep until July 19th, asking that I write the ASIN next to each item. Submitted it the next day Etc.
The case is still open and the case is just being updated from amazon every 2 to 3 days saying
"Greetings from Amazon,
I wanted to touch base with you on your inquiry about the shipment: _____. We are continuing to research this issue and will update you as soon as any additional information is available. We appreciate your continued patience.
Thank you for selling with Amazon,"
Its been 3 Months and have not had a resolution, In my case what would you guys do,
Ive only been selling for alittle under a year now, so any help would be greatly appreciated..
Can I hire someone?
How can I get movement on this,

July 14th - I replied on the Case with more info and requesting update,
July 15th - They Replied with same message
Today, July 17th - They Replied with same message...
In my situation, What would you guys do, Keep waiting or Ive heard about reaching out to Jeff's team.. Please help. Thank you
