Suspended due to high ODR

My account was deactivated for not submitting a valid POA. Amazon wanted me to go into greater detail for my high ODR.

"Greater detail on the root causes of buyers not receiving orders or late receipt of orders.

-- Greater detail on the actions you have taken to resolve buyers not receiving orders or late receipt of orders.

-- Greater detail on the steps you have taken to prevent buyers not receiving orders or late receipt of orders going forward.


-- Greater detail on evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account has complied with our policy."

My question is are they wanting me to bring up every single order that went wrong or a just a general root cause but go into more detail? Im also asking because as of next week my ODR will be at 0%, does that help any? Should I wait so send the final appeal?

I was just going through my account and when I hit appeal it only asked for business info and some recent tracking numbers etc. I provided the info so we'll see what happens. crossing my fingers.

exactly. Account is now deactivated, no notice or alert. lets see what happens now. I responded to my last appeal asking amazon whats up.

I did have a complaint yesterday, said she was going to contact amazon about how i advertise prime shipping and made her pay for 2 day shipping. Im not prime seller though. Dont think its that but you never knew. maybe the bots picked something up in the messages.

Given it's a rolling assessment, have you have another late dispatch hit your metrics since the appeal?

Opened a case with amazon health, woke up this morning and account was working fine. no notice or email. the amazon gods are toying with me this time...
