Just another issue for another day-
Selling clothing you always expect returns for items that did not fit and we have always just told customers to keep the item and we will refund the product cost less the amount it costs to return the item.
But now Amazon just lets the customer print a return form and send it back and i get billed £3.35. Of course all those returns now try to get delivered to stealth addresses, if Im lucky they just get returned to sender who then asks why the item was returned back to them and I issue the refund but today the customer asked why the item was returned to them with "this guy is a con man" scribbled all over the package.
For now I have activated refund without return option while I research alternatives.
So far-
1- refund without return
2-change return address to print to order dropshipper who sends it out (could risk account linking)
3- Go through expense of forward mailing to some sort of mail box.
Any other ideas-

FBA is best solution for you, customers return stuff to Amazon and then you can get it back from them, even if the addrss is used for suspended address it makes no difference
I have wondered about FBA, but does that not create an issue getting the goods to Amazon? Obviously stealth account registered in Liverpool but goods sent from someone else.
Also we are a print on demand company therefore we print tops to order across 4000+ designs so we might only ever sale 1 of a design a week, therefore would only ever be worth sending the winning designs.
"Stop selling items prone to return" not if you sell t shirts-
