 Opt-Out of eBay Hassle Free Returns
With the new TRS program rolling out soon, i realized that most of my customers, even when they buy the wrong item, they choose "defective" or "wrong item" which will count against me in the new TRS program.
I thought its worthy to post that you can now Opt-Out of the "hassle free returns". I opted in a while ago when i thought it was easier to manage returns, but now, it seems that they will count against you, so it makes sense to handle them on your own.
"You can also opt in by going to My eBay > Account > Site preferences > Selling preferences."
