just got a knock off feedback :(

what usually happens? Sold a few of these earbuds no issues. prob someone who had a phone issue said the quality was bad sound was low, awful. said product is prob a knock off.

What can I expect? I requested a feedback removal because its a product review but Amazon declined. buyer said they made too much so its based on price and not product.

Once Amazon have made the decision to leave it is almost unheard of for them to change their minds.

Only option is to persuade the buyer to remove it, spell out to him that feedback should reflect the service they received, product reviews are another field.

Given them the links to feedback removal and product review so they can see for themselves, make it as easy for them as possible.

Failing that then you're stuck with it unfortunately.

okay cool. Im willing to issue a full refund if he isnt happy. how do you suggest I word that so it isnt considered feedback manipulation? have you tried that?

Nope, for the reason you give. I ain't going anywhere near the possibility that Amazon would accuse me of manipulation. I compose my sickliest groveling apologetic messages with links and that's as far as I go.
That said, I'm sure thousands of sellers have done it without issue. Your call sorry.

50/50. Some genuinely don't know the difference between feedback and product review.

TBH it's quite some time since I've had to do it, I'm currently only FBA so poor feedback is rare and nearly always removed instantly by Amazon.

@OP, if it is only a one time issue, I am not sure if it is worth pushing AZ for this one issue...

Well I pushed and pushed , Amazon refuses to remove. Going to ask buyer to remove next.
