Default How to deal with A-to-z Guarantee Claim scammers on amazon?

A-to-z Guarantee Claim is still been used by scammers and amazon is not helping, even after showing proof of delivery, amazon still refund them. Anyone with such experience?

what is the claim?
not as described or not delivered? or damaged upon arrival

what kind of tracking?
In some cases,AMZN just refund him and let you keep the money

what does AMZN seller protection have to say?

USPS first class shipping or Priority?
you can also try to contact USPS and call 1-800 usps customer service, they would send your inquiry to the buyer post office, since it is $100 plus, did you take out insurance,is USPS priority, there is insurance included $50-$100/

USPS first class tracking may just show it has been delivered to that zipcode, not to that buyer address.

take a look at your USPS tracking,if it is first class tracking,it does not show it has been delivered to the address, you can call USPS customer service toll free 1-800 and ask them to send a message to his local post office.IF YOU TAKE out insurance with private insurer say UPIC,it could deny your claim as tracking shows delivered.

This is a recent first class tracking ,

not delivered should be covered by amazon if there is a reliable tracking confirming arrival , at least with UPS/FEDEX it should be the case

cheap items should be sent by USPS , expensive ones through UPS/FEDEX

at least ebay react positively to USPS , don't know about amazon , with ebay I got a number of non received cases for USPS and I won each and every case after providing tracking and escalating the case to customer support

this works only if delivered from USA to USA

Okay few things you need to check and if any of this you not done your A to Z appeal will not be granted
1. Item shipped on time stated by Amazon (must be scan before on that date)
2. Item delivered ontime on?
3. Very important, does signature showing on your carrier website?

I believe one of above is not done in your case

Number 3. No signature is needed for delivery.

Here you do, atleast now you know always send Amazon shipment by signature or use FBA

Does not matter what you prove the A to Z decision will remain same

As long as the delivery is confirmed, I have never had an issue with a scammer trying to get a free item. Even when the item was returned, I was able to charge an almost 80% restocking fee with no issue from Amazon.

Don't know anything about it but if you're satisfied you've done everything correctly are you eligible to make a SAFE-T claim?

non received claims for expensive items can be dealt with using appropriate shipping methods and for cheap items using refunds

the most dangerous claims are the ones where it is filed as not as described and different content with tracking is returned to seller
