Locked out of Amazon account

Update:

My access has been restored. The account took a lot of damage and somehow never got deactivated.

To restore the access i had to get the linked buyer account reinstated. After that I terminated it and then appealed the buyer account connected to my Amazon seller account. They then restored my access. My odr rate is very high because orders kept coming in this whole time and just got canceled for non shipment. Amazon has given me till the end of October to fix the odr otherwise they are deactivating my listings.
