The reason this all happened is because I added two step authentication phone number to the seller account (which automatically enabled it for the buyer account too). The phone number I added is associated with a suspended business (buyer) account and thus made a link between the two buyer accounts.
I have learned that when your buyer account is locked, your seller account gets locked also.
