is one laptop ok for a few diffrent account by using USB internet ?

only one question.am i ok to create a few diffrent windows user account for amazon in one laptop by using USB(3) internet ?
i currently run an amazon on my pc, but i am not sure if it is ok for multi-account ?

I use usb dial up and works great under different user names. Trial and error has got me sitting on dial up with slowwwww computer.

This USB internet, is it static or dynamic IP addresses? You will know then if you can use multiple accounts for amazon.

My Verizon card works great... not sure what's in the UK. But i'm sure it's probably a dynamic ip. Just keep log.
