When that happened to me I supplied a modified utility bill.

*******s were trying to steal $10,000 of my money while taking over an item page to be supplied from Amazon (instead of me).

It wasn't enough to keep the account for selling, but it was enough to get them to release the money they were holding. (Then open a new selling account as per amazon ghost)

If you start dealing in amounts of money that are high enough to be worth the effort you might want to consider opening or buying shell companies as fronts. Near disposable faces for the company, they can all look like unique sellers to amazon even if you own them all as a silent partner on paper.

My account was suspended yesterday night.

First I did get a notification about, that a customer complained about the item it would be "inauthentic".
In this Mail, they pleased me to "edit" the listing to get it back on amazon.com. And I should review if everything is matching the products details.

Then about 6 hours later, the account was suspended because:

To maintain a trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers, we take immediate action when we identify a buyer complaint regarding the authenticity of products.


My thought is, that it will be about the products right? Also in the past, they just asked for invoices to send them but now in the message there is nothing. I should just edit the listing? I didn't edit yet because I'm asking to which email should I send them my invoices to proof them the items are 100% authentic.

I also have 100% feedback. No return reports or any claims open. So that is so weird in my opinion.

What do you guys think?

You will need to provide Amazon with invoices to prove authenticity. That should resolve your issues, you can appeal once you have the invoices to provide them with.

Either get creative with them, or purchase your goods from genuine distributors that you can provide invoices showing purchases.

Did you buy from a licensed distributor of the product?

Then you should be able to request replacement invoices from them.

If you bought them from a 3rd party vendor that is not a licensed distributor, then you have no real proof that your products are authentic. In which case their claim against you is valid.

If you are willing to trick them, get creative and make an invoice, and hope it's good enough to pass verification.

Bottom line if you have the real thing, it shouldn't be hard to get the paperwork. And if you don't have the real thing, then you need to double down and create the paperwork.

Alternatively you can place small orders with legit distributors to get valid invoices.

Although some have a certain minimum order requirement, most will accept a small order for testing / review :)

That's all true, however it's impossible to even find a distributor for Ralph Lauren for instance, that Amazon would accept their invoices. They don't accept invoices for overstock or liquidators... anyone knows a normal distribution link?

Try retail stores that sell the product. I have clients that were approved using receipts from Macys

Hah that's funny - trying to find a distribution link for free - that kind of info (unless you try and research yourself) is unlikely to be just given for free...it's big business Vachagan

Ralph Lauren is extremely abused. Round every corner counterfeit products of this brand are being flogged. I doubt genuine invoices from genuine distributors would work.

I could not enter my account, the password was reset, nothing helped.

I have such questions, friends, how can I properly create a new account, you will help me in this, I hope that someone understood and helped me in English, I'm probably the only Korean guy who knows only Russian.

I would be grateful if you reset the links to the manual, how to create accounts under the names of other people and be ready for personal verification, where to get credit cards, zip codes and so on.

We sell on Amazon with three accounts and mainly selling PRL
I helped many other sellers with issues, shared information as much as I can. I didn't hurt myself, but always helped when it was possible
I never sold Nike or Adidas, for instance, and when someone asked about those brands and I could assist, then I was assisting

I read the complete guide to Amazon Stealth.

I tried the process a few times; Unfortunately all the accounts were suspended!

I used Paper space VPS with Google Voice phone number.

I used only real people names; address and CC. However all my accounts were suspended.

Pls urgently PM me for help.

Got suspended for an inauthentic claim. Amazing that a stupid buyer that accused me of dumping out the real contents of a product and adding ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff can bring down an account. Any work-around without providing all my invoices?

these are the top reasons to get banned
hello, as seller i would like to help you overcome certain obstacle. there are certain reasons for which amazon bans
1) selling prohibited items which are not listed under amazon policy
2) selling counterfeit products
3) not following amazon guidelines, providing ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info.
4) multi account on amazon
5) shipping problem
6) excessive chargebacks
7) cancelling an excess of orders
8) establishing poor communication
9) negative feedback
10) attempting to sell your account
these are some of the reasons why amazon will ban sellers account, no doubt if you follow their guidelines, you will have a happy selling. i started selling on amazon from 2014 by seeking help from amazon web store service provider consultancy www.evantage.store. they have helped in setting and managing store on amazon.

Hi. I recently opened a Stealth Account for Individual and tried to list a cheap little video game. I was immediately suspended. Does anybody know if Amazon changed their rules for what you are able to list on Individual accounts because I never had this problem in the pass. I use to could list anything I wanted on Individual and they don't even give you a list of what you can't list when signing up which is ridiculous.

Took a month for me to get my account back opened. Call, email, live chat, do whatever you have to do. If it's that serious to you have a lawyer write up a letter to send them. Also only talk directly to supervisors and no one else.

In the last 6 months or so they’ve been a bit more sensitive to the items being sold by new registered sellers

You have to start with low risk items otherwise they may flag your listings and request invoices

If you got legit invoices from genuine USA/UK typical suppliers then you should have no issues getting passed those requests

If you don’t, and would rather not raise any flags, it’s better to start selling low risk goods and establish the store before moving onto other higher risk goods

For new stealth accounts you need to make sure you sell completely unrelated stuff as before and start off really slow, building your sales up

Try adding your own card with mismatching name/address as the billing information

Make sure its a legit debit/credit card, and its never been used in anyway on amazon before

HI,
my account got suspended because my Chinese competitor added a booklet to his products offering a free collection of products in exchange for filing a claim against me on amazon. I pretended to be a customer and wrote to him and he literally walking people through how to file claims against me. So he succeeded to get 3 people. account suspended. What can i do here?
i have another company and another owner registered (related to me) and his account got suspended for related account issue. What can i do?

Wow, can we do that? I always assumed that the billing info gets verified, so the name, address, and zip code must match for it to work? So you can put an existing credit/debit card on there, as long as you change the name/address/zip to match the one on the stealth account?? I thought as soon as they try running that card it would show invalid?

This allegation from Amazon is pretty serious - what were you trying to sell for which the right owner complained? Either be specific or name category - if you are selling f*ke stuff...then Amazon was right to ban you

Suspension is NOT always the death of the account. I've helped a few friends reinstated theirs the last few months. What exactly was the reason for the suspension? Amazon will typically tell you
