Yes.

When they charge the card it will be done using AVS (Address Verification System). If the address matches what you gave on file it will process. If I remember correctly it may be just the address number and ZIP/POSTAL the AVS needs to match to process.

Additionally, there are some VCC's (virtual credit cards) which pass all AVS charges but they are rare.

Yes you can get your account reinstated , you will need to find the reason why you were suspended and provide what's being asked by seller performance team .

How does AmazonGhost work? Aren't you required to enter a SSN and personal information? Maybe it's laid out in the guide. I'm well aware of all the other info such as getting a VPS, new bank account, new llc, etc... but the personal information tied to the account seems like you'd have to pay someone for their own info to be used or a friends (which I feel bad using)

Hi, recently I got suspended by Amazon due to selling in-authentic auto parts. Now I have been back and forth with the Appeal and they always reply with the following :

Your plan does not sufficiently address the complaints we received about your listings. To be sufficient, your plan must include:


-- The issue that caused the complaint
-- Steps you have taken to resolve the complaint
-- How you will prevent similar complaints

Any suggestion what should be my response ? is there any hope of getting my account back.

There are couple threads open with people who have submitted a working appeal, try searching for it. If all else fails there are also people offering appeal service for a small fee.

What part are you confused by? They've literally told you the three things you need to answer:

1. What issue caused the complaint?
Can you explain why someone would think your parts are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ when they aren't? Is the customer lying? Had you repackaged them in a box that was not authentic even though the parts were? etc

2. What steps did you take to resolve the complaint?
Did you send them another? Did you refund the order? etc

3. How will you prevent similar complaints?
Do you have answer for this? Or are you just going to keep making the same mistakes?

If you can't answer these three questions, no you aren't getting your account back. If you are selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ parts then you were legit banned, you won't get your account back.

If you were selling real parts then you need to be able to answer those questions. If simple customer service questions like this confuse you to the point you are unable to answer them: they don't want you back.

it'll still matter, you can't use the same windows account and even changing to a new account is iffy.

Some people here use VMware but I use cheap tablets or laptops for each account because I'm paranoid.

Yea you just sell them off and buy another. If you keep selling fraud items you will get banned pretty regularly

If you sell legit you will only get banned once in a while

Try buying amazon ghost, all of this is covered

Depends on the reason. usually it won't be too hard to get an account back, but if you are selling any ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item and has been warrned many times. that could make the case very difficult.

Choose the fresh VPN option so its brand new and has never been used on Ama-zon before. Then choose which ever country you plan to make the account in. For example if you're based in America, get a US IP.

For macbook, just create a new user name under the same name used for the amazon account. Example, ama-zon account is under the name "Bill", create the user name "Bill".

amazon,paypal these guys now use fingerprints its in their Tos somewhere what this means is you could be 'easily' linked with the same pc...being linked doesnt mean youll get banned though

Some of the information on this forum is so bad. I have gotten seller accounts unsuspended multiple times, for anything ranging from IP complaints to linked addresses/accounts and faking product reviews. Give Amazon what they want, sometimes you need to own up to what you did wrong (sometimes even if you DIDN'T Do anything wrong, you have to go along with it, kiss amazon's ass and act like you're sorry) and in your plan of action address how you will never let it happen again. Keep calling Amazon seller support and asking that they escalate your case. It can be a very long process (sometimes months), but all it takes is ONE Amazon employee to read your case and unsuspend you. What one Amazon rep reads and sends a generic reply to, another will read and believe your case is sufficient enough to reinstate you.
Alternatively, you can pay a few grand to AMZ employees overseas to rig the system for you to try and get you reinstated. I haven't tried this, but I've heard good things, and that's how Chinese sellers play this game.
