How is it possible to actually get sales when you don't have the lowest price on an item?
I have had items listed at a higher price and waited months and will not get any sales. But the day that I change the price to the lowest and beat everyone else then I will actually get sales.
I don't understand, do people actually get sales when they don't have the lowest price? If so, how and why can't I?

What the first two guys are saying doesnt apply to you other than return policy. Amazon doesnt have any of that other stuff.
But the more professional your seller page looks which is basically about your company and return policy will make you break your account for sale.
Perfect example
There are 5 of us on amazon selling the same item. I have my 888 number listing on my seller page and my page looks very good with a professional feel.
I dont have 100% feedback but its at 98% which is very good.
2 other sellers have 100% feedback but their page doesnt look as good as mine and they do not have a number so buyers can contact them.
I had buyers contact me and say that they wanted to purchase from me because of my page and not the other guys due to the fact that their page looks like a cr@p really.
So fix your seller page make it look professional.
Say you ship same day or something in the comment section
I myself will spend the extra money if I can guarantee my item will be here faster.
