Got it. So if a buyer negs you saying that your product was junk it can be removed? I see that every day on ebay.
I see that everywhere on eBay too. I always just assumed it was the seller's responsibility to make sure the product is exactly what the buyer wanted.
If they'd actually remove these sorts of feedback, I'd actually like eBay a little more
Also, if you take care of customers the right way, even if there is a problem, they might be more likely to return in the future. It is good business practices.

There is alot of truth to this. I've had on numerous occasions customers email me many months later asking if I carried a particular item for purchase. Sometimes I would get ahold of that merchandise for this individual, sometimes not, but good customer service will yield positive benefits. Plus these customers always gave glowing detailed positive feedback. You have to give sterling customer service to be competitive on Amazon.
