I bought an item from a seller on Amazon and the item was suppose to arrive on the 4th but I got it on the 1st. I want to leave this guy some feedback but when I go into the feedback area, it says "You have no feedback to give" or something.
Do I have to wait until the 4th to leave him feedback?
Maybe this is why it takes buyers so long to leave feedback.

Looks like you are trying to leave feedback for your own diff account. Its ok I have done for my accounts. I have left many 5star feedback to my own accounts. thats the good thing about many stealth accounts just buy from your accounts and leave good feedback.
