Default Amazon buyers...

Hi all,

Has anyone noticed a difference in the custom from Amazon? I am just new to amazon and I am on a seller review at the moment but some of my buyers on there just seem to be downright nasty. I have been an eBay member for years and have never had much trouble yet of my 40 feedback received there are 3 negs...I just don't understand it =s

One woman messaged me today and because I had not replied to an email - called me unprofessional and not trust worthy, then went on to say she hopes I go out of business and she is going to leave some harming feedback etc. I have never in my life witnessed such agressive behaviour from a one day wait to reply to an email? Any one else have this experience, I am truly shaken?

Forget it - I have dealt with all kinds of loser buyers. One even kept messaging - A$$hole everyday for 1 week - I replied stating that what was this about - he mistoke me for a different seller - GRADE A BUYER RIGHT THERE.

Amazon buyers are VERY demanding. They expect the same level of service from you if not better that they expect from amazon. Its a shame really that you cant do anything especially when you are new to amazon they amazon will kill your account fast.

Good lucj be super polite, refund if you have to..

Perfect example is yesterday I had this lady message me at 11:33PM. At 11:38PM she filed a claim stating that I failed to respond to her inquiry about returning her item.

I responded when I received the claim. I messaged her directly stating that she cant really expect us to be available at 11:00PM at night to respond to her claim and that unless she dropped her claim we would charge her a 30% restocking fee ( which amazon gives up full rights to do ) and shipping as its her faulty for purchasing the wrong item.

After she read that she became polite and dropped the claim...

Amazon buyers are hard work, I have about 20 feedbacks between my accounts that are 3/5 stars with things like 'fast delivery' 'great product' etc....why is it a 3 not a 5 then?

IMO some people just like to moan about everything

Only good thing is that amazon gives alot more realistic delivery estimates than Ebay, hardly ever get anyone moaning about delivery on there

Although a few days ago I had a complete idiot whos parcel was left at the sorting office cause they wernt in to sign for it, didnt pick it up in time so it got sent back to me, started a claim over it as if that is my fault :D

Its just the way of the world, its the same working in a shop, allways someone moaning about somthing, sites like moneysavingexpert encouraging people dont help either
