I had an issue with a featured merchant and I was thinking about filing an a-z claim. If the seller is a featured (or pro) merchant does amazon grant a-z claims to the buyer as easy as they do with individual sellers?

OK, thanks for the info. I probably should of provided more details... what happened was I ordered some headphones. They got damaged in shipping (it just seems to be cosmetic). The package arrived in bad condition, but the headphones could of been packaged better. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Since amazon has my money on hold I'm short on cash so I can't buy another pair.
agree with the above statement. People work hard to get to be featured please don't screw it up for them. Contact the seller first and I'm pretty sure seller will reason with you!
