Just a quick recap guys,

Im not getting anywhere with my deletions however on 1 of them they are asking me to send a payment for my charge back in order for them to transfer my funds.

They want me to send a cheque and they will than transfer my funds.

anybody had this?

I got a lawyer on the go however he is not as strong or quick as I need him to be so I think I will fire him and recruit another.

This does not make sense to me.

You had an Amazon account. It was deleted and they held your funds.

Now, they are contacting you asking for you to give them money to take care of a chargeback, claiming they will then release your funds.

Why wouldn't they just deduct the amount of the chargeback from the funds they are holding, and then give you the balance?

Something is not right here...

Sounds like a bunch of nonsense in fact - weird tactic on Az's part if true.
