Is this account likely to fail the review process?

Trying a experiment.

Started an Amazon account on a prepaid cellphone. Using no Internet connection(besides the phone).

Noticed that his IP address isn't always the same. Is this going to be a problem for Amazon?

Could the similar address(same street but different house number, same city, state, and zipcode) with my banned account, cause a banning?

Trying selling items that are all under $100, brand new(in the package), and shiping them on time.

How could this go?
