Dear ********* Account Owner ,

This trademark is confusingly and/or deceptively similar to our ******* trademark and also constitutes a reproduction or

imitation thereof.

In the circumstances, your use of the ****** trademark will constitute an infringement of our rights under International

Trademark Law.

In the circumstances, we demand that you immediately:

whether within any corporate name, tranding name, tranding style, domain name or otherwise.

This is written prejudice to our rights, all if which are hereby expressly reserved. We will pursue legal action, if necessary!
