Can this negative feedback be removed?

I sold a prepaid cell phone on November 12th, and the buyer left me negative feedback on November 19th because she doesn't get reception in her house (how is that my fault?). But she said the Item was Described. Her negative feedback is her complaining that she has to pay return shipping (amazon's policy not mine, she never emailed me).

Any tips for disputing this?

put a corectly worded reply to the feedback she life (proffessional and polite)

email her explaining and get her to return it

if you have to pay the return costs then do so

once shes happy she would likely remove it

Get in touch with Az and explain that this is a negative left due to their policy not yours. Should be able to get the neg removed
