i got a seller b4 saying the same thing to me,they asked me to stop listing my generic unbranded products under there branded products.
since my account is not stealth i phoned amazon to ask them about it,
i explained that a buyer had asked me to remove my listings or i would be reported by them and that it was a generic item from china with no logos or packaging etc on them. i also said that if i was listing in the wrong place i would end them so i didnt break any policies.
amazon looked at my listings and where they were placed and found nothing wrong
i was then told by amazon to respond to the seller and say the following.
if they had a problem with me listing a product in there listings then they should report it to amazon directly and not me and also if my product wasnt the same as theres then they would need to provide amazon with proof ie (pictures of there products showing there branded logo on the product and on the packaging)
can they provide amazon with there own branded logos etc?
can they hell as its generic china crap?
so my listings are still active and they still havent told amazon.
