Maybe, I'm just saying I used FBA for my account. There are too many variables and we are trying to compare two different accounts.

One good thing is that a buyer can not file a A to Z Claim or Chargeback against you. Not a good thing to get when going into review.

I definitely think selling by FBA is way safer for an account

I had FBA items and my account was suspended for suspected non genuine items and I was still able to get all my stuff back.

I wondering if they don't delete accounts if you ave FBA items. This would be a good question to ask everyone.

I have seem someone's message on this forum once somewhere, he did FBA and they destroyed 200 of his Flash memory cards cause they suspected he was selling non genuine items (his items were legit he claims).

If they don't delete accounts completely if you go FBA, its a good idea so leave couple of item in FBA...

I had to threaten them with legal action before they would move all of my product to unfulfillable so I was able to create a removal order.

remember to change your ROUTER & MODEM too. they can see the MAC address of your router/modem.

as far as company goes, there are too many similar named companies. but if you want to be safe, add a DBA to your INC and use it on your new amazon account.

FBA can be safer if 1) you are linkfree and 2) items can be source verified as legit

DBA wont give a new name with IRS, still need to use old name with EIN right?

They CAN NOT see your Mac address, you do not need to change it.

Amazon will check your tax info with the IRS. You can not give a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name to the IRS. Well you could, but you would probably be violating some law and they may deem you as a terrorist so tread carefully.

It does not have to match. Stealth name and real. If it is a LLC or corporation, you don't have to file your name, just the name of business with EIN. It could be different from the storefront name & address you use on amazon.

If it is a DBA, your stealth and and name doesn't have to match either. However, you must fill in real info related to actual DBA of name & address with EIN. Even if it means using your banned name (as in my case).

I speak from my own experience as I have LLC and DBA. Both of which have own separate EIN. Both use stealth.

.

" to actual DBA of name & address with EIN."

The DBA name or do you have to give the real name and DBA name? If so it makes DBAs useless if they suspended an account under real name.

Real DBA, name, and address even though amazon name, storefront & address I use is different. Haven't been suspended yet using suspended real name. Address is different as I has moved from suspended one. But yes, DBA isn't good for stealth. The IRS allows you to have one DBA with its own EIN. It cost about a third as going LLC or corporation. Went the cheap route.

On my amaz0 n gh0st account, so far 80+ orders and I have not been asked to enter EIN/SSN..
Is it true that if you keep on selling up until around $15,000 then wait until next year, then I can start fresh again on same acct? For example this year 2013 I sell about $15,000, rotate to another account, (under the $20k threshold) and wait until 2014 when accounts are fresh again. This way I wont have to bother with EIN/SSN etc.

So what is the status of the accounts now? Never got suspended by Amazon?

Another question, is it possible to create a LLC using a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name? Or it's better if I just create a LLC using my real name for my Amazon Stealth account?

You would create the LLC or EIN under your real name but you would associate it to your STEALTH account - in general, unless deep investigations done...they wont verify all the details of your LLC registration.
