How do you handle the "order cancellation request" by buyer before you ship?
One of my account went down because 1 (one) of this sh!t
I still have the cancellation email that buyer sent.
Thank you
If you are concerned about one canceled order then that tells me that you have not built up this stealth account with orders selling small items for no profit. When you don't do this one negative feedback can take your account down.
That's why I stress to build up orders using FBA on cheap items. Expecially before fulfilling any orders yourself.
Why
1) Canceled FBA orders do not mess you up
2) A buyer can not file an A to Z claim for an FBA order
3) Most negative feedback can be removed
Also, when you build up orders you can afford to be stern with those unreasonable customers and not cave into them because you fear a negative feedback.
Cancel it, it wont count against your metrics if the buyer request the cancellation and you cancel as agreed. Also if the buyer leaves you negative amazon will remove it and send a warning to the buyer or at least thats the story i was told by them last week.
Yes, I cancelled it and it is the reason I got suspended.
