Default For an account a year old, should feedback be concerned?

My metrics are good and feedback is great. But my percentage is about 7% now. Should I be concerned if the account is a year old? Does Amazon care that much after a point?

Percentage of what is 7%? Positive feedback? That's awful. And yes AZ always cares about your metrics. Same applies whether your account is 1 year or 10 years old.

If they all 100% then nothing to worry about.

I have an account sold almost 200 items now (around 9 months) and no feedback at all. I mean NONE

But the account is all green and everything is good.

The only thing you need to be concerned with is your ODR. Feedback above 90% is normally fine so yours at 100 is great.

After the first year or so volume of feedback received is not massively important, just look after your ODR and you should be fine.

If should always be a concern unless you have been through several reviews.

any review will be odr based and not just feedback. Look after the odr and the feedback will take care of itself, hence amazons focus on it.

Depending on what sort of items you are selling, then you might want to place a card in the package asking customers for a positive feedback if they are satisfied.

Do you find a bump in your feedback from these cards. Most people just chuck them I think. What percent of your total orders have feedback?

I have only started testing this out last week, so I have yet to see any improvement. I started out at about 10% feedback, but I think now I might be at about 5% (im not sure how many total orders I have had)

But I figured it cant hurt. I also put my contact information on there asking people to contact me for any sort of issue. I figured this would prevent people from automatically leaving negative feedback or opening up a claim.

Yeah I agree can't hurt. From my experience and others the average rate of feedback received is about 10%

Oh the nuts are on AZ as well, just wait. Today I get a negative from a guy because he had to sign for a package worth $250. He was never home when they came so he got annoyed that he had to go pick it up. You can do everything right and then some - if some jerk is having a bad day you can easily wind up being their punching bag.

Don't leave any reference that you a website etc on any info you place in the packages. Amazon will suspend you for soliciting.
