If an employee was damaging your business, selling phakes or constantly offering terrible customer service what would you do. You would fire them.
But imagine that member of staff sneaks back, but this time with 5 mates and they all do the same thing damaging your business.
Amazon are by no means perfect but it's quite easy to see things from their point of view. So if you want to play the game play it but don't go moaning about big bad amazon when we are all gaming them in the first place.
And you should count your lucky stars this is not Stalinist Russia. Failing a review would be the least of your problems when operating against
The terms of service.
