Shipping is Fair becuase of weather
Because of the last big storm my 30 day shipping dipped below 97 percent and is fair. I need to get these numbers back up so I changed my shipping settings to only include the 48 states, no APOs, Alaska or Hawaii. I printed a label for an item a few days ago but con not ship it till tomorrow and I know it will be a late delivery. Should I create a new label and update the tracking, will that change that it is delivered on time or does Amazon go by the purchase date to calculate on time delivery?
Also, I am in fear that this late shipping could trigger a review. Is this metric as likely to trigger a review as much as ODR? Some on the forum have said that they don't even use tracking on a good percentage of their items and their account never goes into review. You would think they would take into account the holidays and storms for sub par shipping. I mean good grief they would have to review a lot more accounts than normal.
