Amazon customer buying wrong region software
Had a customer contact me about software that "doesn't work" on their console - I asked what region console they said, they've said PAL and the listing they bought from was a Japanese (only) game that's clearly labelled on the listing's front page as requiring a Japanese console and being NTSC-J/Not UK.
Who's side is amazon likely to take if he files a claim? He's put the game in his console, so I'm not wanting to get a refund as it's borderline worthless opened.
