It's 90 days from the delivery date.

a-z has always been 90days from order. But this well outside this time scale. Appeal the a-z stating the 90 days rule.

I do remember that they can file a claim even over 90 days. Which I have had before .

Appealing the A-Z would be worth doing.

Bad how Amz are allowing a buyer to damage a sellers' account by giving the option to open an A-Z claim which is outside of 90 days.

I am fairly certain it goes by delivery date since theoretically if mail service is slow then buyer might not have ample time to inspect the goods. This could happen if package gets stuck in customs for example.
