Default pai@amazon.com Violating Amazon TOS

Hi. Is there anybody out there who can help me with this please? Please see below the first email which says they weren't taking any action but two days later they shut the account down. Does anybody have a good response to this which Amazon would actually buy and overlook my shopping behavior? Just so you know... I did buy the Amazon Ghost book recently and read it. Great book, but the answer to my question isn't in there. So, only after reading myself and trying to do lots of research do I ask anybody else for help. I appreciate anybody's time and assistance with this.

Hello,

We're writing to you because we have concerns regarding the ordering behavior on your Amazon.com account with an Amazon Prime membership. The shipping activity by you or your invitees is similar to patterns we've seen when Amazon Prime is used for reselling (as described in our Terms & Conditions).

This e-mail is a courtesy notice, and no action is being taken at this time. We encourage you to continue using your Amazon Prime Membership according to our Terms and Conditions, which you can view here:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custom...odeId=13819201

If future activity on your account continues to follow a pattern consistent with reselling or shipping to customers, we may terminate your membership without refund and without further warning.

If you think you received this message in error, or would like to clarify the order activity, please contact us directly at pai@amazon.com.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Best regards,

Account Specialist.

Amazon does not make very much money when they do the free 2 day shipping. They tolerate the lower profit margin, because they view this as building their customer base and eventually plan to profit from it. However, they don't allow Prime members to re-sell Amazon's products and use Prime to ship them.

My guess is that you are re-selling Amazon's products on eBay and doing so in volume???

In my experience, there is no way to use Amazon Prime to ship directly to your customers in any type of a volume situation. Sooner or later, they will catch up with you.

Yes I am reselling in volume. I know they don't like me using prime for this, but I know many other sellers are doing it successfully. I just don't know how they are able to do it? I just want to know if anybody has received this email and come up with a great response so that Amazon has overlooked their ordering behavior? Any good reasons out there? Thanks

You intentionally left out this part about reselling knowing very well that you were in the wrong and still want help?

Don't worry about what others are doing, worry about your problem at hand.

And you will never know how they do it. Stop doing what your doing!

amazon will allow you to buy and ship to whomever you like in any volume but you CANNOT do it with prime. remove prime from your account and pay for shipping and you should not have a problem unless amazon is cracking down on that as well.
