Default seems account has been deleted, advice wanted

i found it this morning, my account can not log in.
this account has been running well for 2 years. i added a worldfirst account to DE, and then amazon asked me to verify my account. ( been verified before). got email this morning said that they can not verify my account and my account can not be logged in.

i still have lots of FBA in my inventory. i need to remove them out of fulfilment centre. the problem is i even can not log in my account , how ?
also i have about £10k inside my account, how can i get them back ?
i remembered somebody mentioned that we can directly email somebody, what's the meail address ?

any advice will be deeply appreciated.

Ouch, that's bad! Was this stealth or real? Were there any cases, recent negative feedback, late shipments, etc on the account?

Try emailing jeff@amazon.com. You will definitely receive an email response from them, but I'm not sure if it will be a positive one.

I would suggest waiting for some one else to respond too, before you email Jeff. They may have better suggestions.

i know aamzon close our accounts, but i never know that they delete account like this.
my total inventory is more than £30k, it will be a big lost if i can not get them back.
all products are genuine, that's why it has been running well for 2 years. i don't understand why amazon doing this. even if close our account, at least let's get the inventory out.

You should also write to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk.

Explain the problems you are having, just a straight non emotional e mail.

If you are lucky your account may be reopened, but they should be able to arrange for your FBA goods to be returned. If the goods are counterfeit or suspicion of fraud on the account you have no chance.

Also I don't understand why you would have such a high balance in the account when you can disburse daily.

thanks for your info.
as i said beore, my account has been running well. i transfer funds everyday.
but i sent lot of FBA for this Xmas, how foolish i am !

no issue at all before i added a worldfirst account to EU ( not UK). doing this just try to get a better rate, after i did this, amazon started to let me verify my payment account( beeen verified before, UTR,bank staement, all passed). they asked me if any other people involved with this account, i replied no. and thsi is true.
unfortunately i got email today and said my payment account failed, i tried to log in my account to contact them, sadly found my account has been deleted.
the only one thing i can think of is worldfirst, i deeply suspect that they share info with amazon.
again, deeply appreciate for the info you gave, that's a great help. i will do the email work later on.
