is this normal? they sent this email

Dear Seller,

We are pleased to inform you that you can now apply to list “Beats by Dr. Dre” products on amazon.co.uk, as well as all other European Marketplaces.

In order to get approval to sell “Beats by Dr. Dre” products we ask that you please provide three separate invoices or purchase orders from a manufacturer or distributor that meet the following criteria:

o Older than 90 days
o Include your name and address
o Include the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor
o Show the purchase of at least 30 units across all invoices
o Show the purchase of at least five different products of Beats by Dr. Dre across all invoices

You may obscure any sensitive pricing information on the purchase orders, receipts or invoices. We ask however that you do not obscure any other information on the required documents.

You will be prompted for this information during the listing process in the inventory section in Seller Central.

Please note that you need to request a separate brand application for each Marketplace.

Should you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact seller support.

We look forward to your Beats by Dr. Dre offers!

Thank you for selling on Amazon.

Best regards,
Amazon Services Europe

Just to clarify, you got an e-mail like this from Amazon UNSOLICITED? Meaning that you were not actively trying to list those Beats?

Asking because of the wording "We are pleased to inform you that you can now apply to list..." it seems like they are giving you an option that you had not applied for?

I may be wrong, but I feel like its not from Amazon.

I would assume they would refer by company name of products in question, i.e. Beats Electronics, LLC, rather than beats by dr dre...

That last bit sounds fishy to me "We look forward to your Beats by Dr. Dre offers!"
I get a funny feeling about this. I cannot see Amazon saying this.

The wording does sound weird as Play pointed out.

And the fact that it's unsolicited...very odd.

And it's a high risk item subject to a lot of counterfeit/fr*ud issues...

Too many weird factors here.

I dont think its unsolicited email as its from seller-info@amazon.co.uk before this email I just offered listing to all EU sites so maybe this is the reason,

also they offered same time Premium Delivery Eligibility

This wording:

"Correction for Beats by Dr. Dre Opportunity

Is weird - Amazon doesn't usually write "We're sorry about any inconvenience caused" - that's not business-speak.
