Do i need to ship item after my account was under reviewed?

Dear,

My Amazon account has been under reviewed yesterday, all listing was removed, however i still have some order need to be shipped.

Should i cancel the order and refund to buyer? or i still need to ship it? Will i get back the fund if my account finally suspended?

If it's under review then yes ship your orders
If you don't they may suspend your account

If I was you, I'd ship, then tackle the review. There more likely to think bad of you if your refunding whilst under review.

Unless you have some reason to believe they're going to shut you down and not pay you as a result of the review, you should ship the orders, otherwise you're practically guaranteed to be suspended.

It is really strange that Amazon haven't mentioned WHICH product have infringe their intellectual property rights, as i have around 500-600 listings. (Now all are removed).

I have sent amazon message several time but yet to have reply.

I still have 10+ orders need to ship, and have USD2xx in this account.

(1) Anyone have idea about this kind of review? The possibility to reinstate the account?
(2)should i give up this money and account? or i ship the 10+ orders?
(3) If the account finally suspended, they will forfeit my money? or they will send us after certain days? like paypal 180 days?

If you ask from amazon chat they will tell you about right owner
If they not withdraw complaint seems your account gone

The fact is i never receive any complaint before, and we never know which item have problem.......

I am sure someone kept eye on your account and they made lot of complaint about TM to amazon
