If you do not send the required documents within 17 days, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.com.

It is really strange that Amazon haven't mentioned WHICH product have infringe their intellectual property rights, as i have around 500-600 listings. (Now all are removed).
I have sent amazon message several time but yet to have reply.
I still have 10+ orders need to ship, and have USD2xx in this account.
(1) Anyone have idea about this kind of review? The possibility to reinstate the account?
(2)should i give up this money and account? or i ship the 10+ orders?
(3) If the account finally suspended, they will forfeit my money? or they will send us after certain days? like paypal 180 days?
