This is the part that defies logic, to me... If they aren't in a position to judge, how do they justify removing the listing? That one always burns my sack.

Agree with that one 100%. In other words, they say: "Why we remove your listings is none of your business, so don't ask, you *****small seller!"

Ok, so even if I use a Stock photo and as long as I combine it with a photo I took myself, they should leave it alone? and add the UPC info...

They *might* leave it alone. Your odds are better if you combine stock and actual photos, as opposed to using all stock photos.

There are no guarantees with eBay.

^^^agree. 'Might' BUT if there has been listing removals it could happen again. Can you leave such items alone & list others?

As in stop listing in that catagory and sell something else or you meant just stop listing that specific item?

Funny thing is... my old titles never got taken down.. only newer ones -_-

Lay low for a bit. Not sure what you are selling, so can't advise more specifically. Me, I'd just let my listings run out and keep my head down.

Ok, this is ridiculous... even with self photo and stating it's not a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ they still took me down... within 2 hours now. I think I'm done testing the waters and just list the old items that never got taken down.

Default Want to start listing again

Hi,
Follow-up from earlier posts: advice please.

1 month ago I got 4 MC09 - VERO listings taken down. And it was only on new items. It's been a month since I list any new items, but now I want to start listing new titles again, should I or not? *no, it won't be the same titles I listed that month, it'll be new releases from this month*

Saijin, your not selling Wolverine or Star Trek Dvds were you? Just Kidding....

They removed your listings for a reason that you haven't corrected. I am pretty sure it is some wording in your description that is causing trouble for you and not the photo.

Send me a PM of your listing Description and I can go over it to see if any words you are using is the problem.

No, I don't have either DVDs. They ain't out yet.

So I would like to start listing new titles now that it's been almost 2 months .
This time I just copy paste everything from my old auctions that never got taken down and change / add words to the title.

Do you guys think it's a good idea to list new titles again despite the 4 take downs that I got last month?

A month? Might still be too soon. Have you considered using a different account while you cool the one off some more?

Also, just pointing out that if you are listing New Releases, you will almost certainly be noticed by VeRO, unless you are careful and creative.
