Ebay.ca paypal alternatives please

Hey fellow boardies, I have an old ebay account that was linked to a frozen paypal account. This was like two-three years ago.

That ebay account has amazing feedback and I would like to start using it to sell again since its not been banned. Obviously I can't accept paypal as payment due to a negative balance on a previous pp account, so what other payment options do you suggest?

I am not a registered merchant in canada so is there any other way to accept payment through ebays checkout besides paypal?

Whats the success rate compared to accepting paypal? Thanks in advance!!!

Not too sure what the method is now, but I think you have to be approved to use a merchant account, which requires a manual review of the account. Once they see that the paypal account is banned, they might ban the ebay account as well.

It might be best to just start over with new paypal/ebay combo...

As for success rate for payments, it will be very low. Buyers seem to think that paypal are more than the moon and the stars and tend to stay away from auctions when paypal isnt offered.

Try Skri lla - still will have to convince buyers to use it...that's up to you to negotiate with buyer.

At the same point, you need to start making new accounts a la stealth.

Some folx have made pp accounts to work with these kind of eb accounts you have (eb ok but pp suspended) - I will state that while it works for random amount of time, you are likely to get into problems with money being held sooner or later.

ok so if I use skri lla I should be ok but if I use another pp account for that same ebay account (that previously had a suspended pp account attached), the pp will sooner or later get limited, correct?
