When you sign up for accountnow do you give them your real information?

Yes! Unless you already have an account now card---then just tweak your ss number and your email and phone --- it works!

Has anyone here purchased one of these bank cards with a simon or privacash card??

i just got my card in the mail. I was just wondering when I add this to my paypal, what should i put under the name of the bank? Accountnow? or metabank?

Just wanted to let everyone know that it took only 2 days for me to see the 2 small deposits that paypal made.

Can I use this in the UK? I did sign up for Entropay which worked fine for ebay, but for paypal purposes, I need bank account information.

Or, is there an alternative that will give you bank account info?

the UK has a couple of debit card companies. You can also try etrade.

Ballsack, have you got any examples of places that will have a virtual bank account as well?

I would go and open up another real bank account with Barclays, but I'm not sure if Paypal will look into the details I signed up that bank account with, and link back to my suspended ebay account?

I don't recall the names of the two prepaid card companies in the UK but there are only two that I know of so it shouldn't be hard for you to find them. Google is your friend. Paypal cannot see anything relating to your bank acct.

I have found one company called sterlingcard, although it seems pretty expensive (£14.95 setup fee in total, with various other fees).

Yes they offer bank details. You can also get the name of bank off their webpage at the bottom. They will give you routing and account number as well

Okay. I've looked around, (there was a long list of prepaid credit cards on moneysupermarket), but I just can't find out if they provide a bank account or not.

I signed up with entropay, and it appears they don't provide bank account details.

I really just want to make sure if I sign up, I WILL get bank account details; and ideally, I think £14.95 from Sterlingcard seems a little expensive.

Let me see if I get this right…….

I set up an account with Account now with my real information, real name, address, etc.

Next, I create a new PayPal account with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, working yet ⊗⊗⊗⊗ phone number and use my account now virtual banking account to receive the two small deposits.

Lastly, I create a new eBay account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address/phone (matching PayPal or course) and add my account now credit card?

Won’t I fail the address verification when eBay runs my account now credit card and realize the addresses don’t match?

Everything is correct but you will want to use a gift card for Ebay since its anonymous,..

or

you could just link your paypal account since its verified

or

you can add your account now banking details to ebay..

I already signed up for my eBay account with my SimonGiftCard, so I'm good there.

Linking my verified PayPal to my eBay scares me.

I already added my Walmart virtual Bank account and Simon GiftCard to my PayPal and got verified and had them remove the $500 monthly limit. So I;m good there.

My main concern now is this stupid Walmart/Greendot and possibly getting my funds frozen if I try to transfer funds from my Paypal directly into my Walmart virtual account, can Greendot really freeze my funds?

I'm thinking when I receive my Accountnow cards/banking information to go ahead and add that to my PayPal account and end up removing the stupid walmart account.

Ur main concern should be beating Paypal limitations when it come and it will come once you get money into the account

yeah, it all seems pointless unless you have a valid and matching ss# to the information you submit to paypal. they're going to ask for it once you start taking money out of the paypal account.
