cleaned cookies
new virtual address
new virtual phone #
verified with paypal. I submitted simon card for cc and they tell me address does not match up.
what to do now?
if I ask wamu, will they switch my address to my virtual address?

Go to simon.com access the card info and register the card for online purchases with the address you wish to use for ebay and paypal.

It will then work.

No purchase is needed.

You only need to register the card at simon.com once registered which is immediate you can use the new registered address for opening a paypal or ebay account

Hi,
I need to add a new CC to a paypal account, for AVS purposes.
The account is registered in the US, I'm in the UK.
I had planned to order a simon giftaccount, register it under
the pp address, and add it to the account.
But, having never used simon.com before, I didn't know I had
to be in the US to purchase the giftaccount.
So, my question, can I just use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details and another VCC#
to buy the simon giftaccount, or will they verify the purchasers
address ?
I'm thinking they probably do, so anyone have another suggestion ? :D

Thanks for the reply. :)
I already used entropay on the account, initially it worked and
the account was verified.
Then paypal suspended it, after receiving two ($50ish) payments.
So, I've completed all the steps necessary to lift the suspension,
except the 'Confirm your location' step.
I tried adding another entropay card, but it says they are unable
to confirm the address details.
That's why I thought simon may work, as the giftaccount would
be registered under the false address, whereas the entropay card
doesn't have any address details at all.

Do you need to carry a balance on the Simon cards?

Do you actually use them or are they for account activation purposes only and then your done with them?

You need a few bucks to verify for like eBay and PP

Yes they expire, on the expiration date, like any other Visa

You can use them to buy stuff on the net that takes Visa...or you can leave a balance on them cause ebay will charge it for fees...after I verify my EB and PP I use the balance to buy another card...if you start with a balance of $35 you can get like 5 cards out of it

No need for response. I did the math and figured it out. I bought one fifty dollar gift card and from it according to my math I will be able to make 8 gift cards for verifying with paypal.

Are you guys factoring in the $1.95 charge and the eBay charge?

Why do people buy Simon giftaccounts?
 

Why? If you go the the mall they cost $2 (physical cards). The same as the gift account, but with the physical card, you can use any remaining balance for something like gas...with the gift account, if you have like $4 left its pretty much a loss unless you want to buy some quick feebay junk.

b/c when you sit in a comfy chair and you need to pay ebay fees INSTANTLY , online solution is the only help. another reason would be that simon giftcards are available physically only for US citizens...

so, say my new ebay/pp acct is Joe Blow. I order a simon card for Joe Blow with the correct ebay/pp address and all that, BUT I pay for it with my real name and credit card, (which was suspended by ebay).

will ebay or pp recognize that? or even see that?

or will all they see is the card holder name which is Joe Blow.

(then register each of them with the new ebay/pp account information.

Simon Gift Acct not being accepted
 

Open the simon gift account today, Used it on ebay for verify and the message came up as unaccepted brand of CC.. I thought Simon was safe for ebay verify..Help!!!
