Problem To Order Card
 

I am not sure if it is just me.. or someone else is having the same problem?
I tried to purchase the gift accounts but have this error message. I had tried for 2 days and having the same thing. Let me know if you are seeing the same problem here. I had tried using different accounts and credit cards but without success.

Are you using a verified by Visa credit card? If not try it if you have one.

I had tried few times again using Mastercard (I don't have a Visa card with me yesterday). After few trials and errors, I realized that i have to choose a different giftaccount pattern - where you choose different picture for the giftcard. Only the 2nd one will work and I can order the cards without problem. I will try to use Visa Card today and see if the problem goes away. Thanks again.

I used simon when I registered a new ebay account yesterday.

Hello, I was wondering if I should use my real information signing up for a simon gift account or should it should match the name and address I intend to use with a new ebay/paypal account. Also, do Simon cards still work, I have heared that some people where having problem with them and getting the "this card type not supported" error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You must use your real information when buying a Simon card. They verify.

And yes they work, you may need a verified by Visa card to buy.

Are you using a verified by Visa credit card?

And are you using firefox?

Yes. I am using Firefox. I used Mastercard. I don't have Visa.

That could be the problem, I've always only used a Verified by visa credit card, my other cards won't work. You may want to look for another virtual cc.

I tried using simon on ebay today and it would not let me. It says that the card issuer is no longer available to use on ebay or something like that. But PayPal did accept simon. I have had my account suspended/blocked on ebay and i purchased the stealth book and am working on getting a new one running. I am just waiting on the routing number and account number and I will be up and running. I thank you for the book! It was awesome and I hope it all works. The last step is confirming my new bank account on PayPal with my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info. I hope it works!

just add the paypal account to eBay and your done, you don't need cc on ebay to sell just paypal verified.

How long to get Simon virtual card?
 

Hi, I signed up for a simon gift account (the virtual one) a few hours ago and I'm still waiting to get my confirmation. How long does this normally take?

It took about 3-4 hours for mine

24-48 hours if you're a first time buyer

I used Firefox and Verified Visa card. But it till not go thru. I have no way to order this gift account. Any body can help ?

Then Mastercard from Wamu, using Safari from Macbook, Firefox.

I tried so many times without successful.

I am so depressed, and don't know why.
