two questions before I go to purchase fresh VPN,

1. it is really safe to use ebay and paypal right? I am worried if the VPN disconnect without I noticed?

2. In China, lots of VPN blocked, I just want to know if this VPN can use in China?

1. It's perfect for eBay/PayPal. The VPN software we use has a built in kill switch if the connection is dropped. This prevents your IP from being exposed.

Further to the above comment, is the kill switch built in to openVPN or do extra steps need to be taken? How does it work? When the VPN goes down, internet stops working?
