Just a quick update to everyone, I have just come out of eBay's livechat and it has been extremely successful! The case has been decided in my favour as apparently return cases cannot be opened for digital goods...I think I may've just gotten really lucky with this.

Never again hahaha, if I ever have an opportunity to sell some here and there it will be done in person and not on ebay
