I read here that account start ageing after first sale.
Aged is from day of signup, but the date of first sale also contributes to the strength of account.

Browsing history is per account, rather than per marketplace (from my understanding).

I also would highly recommend you don't list on .co.uk if your account is .com, until you meet the criteria to sell "on other ebay marketplaces".

Take it slow, ease the extra listings in.

Your limits should appear within a month if you dont see them now.

It really depends on the item and how your account is setup.
I think that increasing the amount after 1 week of items being sold is a good practice.
specially if it's a low risk.

Yes, items are low risk. I will try to make 3 active listings after a couple a days.

It will shop up in due course then.

Just list your 3rd item, and a few days later your 4th item.

To sell outside of the UK, using an eBay UK account means you need to enable international visibility on your account, which allow you to reach clients outside of the UK.

To be eligible for this feature, you need to make sure:
a) You have an eBay account in good standing.
b) You have accumulated at least 10 positive *seller* feedback, and your feedback score is at 10.
c) Its been 90 days from the date you first sold an item successfully.
d) You meet the selling and item requirements of the international site(s) where your planning on listing (as each eBay site has a slightly different set of rules).

If you try to circumvent the above criteria, it will lead to your account being indefinitely suspended.

The difference between a lot of people and me is that I can list risky items on a 0 feedback account and not just 1 or 2, more like 10+ and no problems.

I still get the 21 day hold, but that goes away after 14 days.

I'm sharing this because I have been following the stealth guide for 10 years that I've been a staff here and I just have a very strong basic to creating accounts.

So for you, I'd say 1 week wait time until the item is delivered or you get positive feedback is a good time to increase your sales

I got this, but why can I enable international visibility on my account in .de /having the same set of rules like .co.uk/ with only 3 good feedbacks ?

Does it matter in which eBay site the account is registered or rather it matters the site where I will sell ?

From my understanding, the rules are placed on the marketplace you'll be selling on, as oppose to where your account was first registered.

From my understanding important is the site where i am selling, because i must follow their rules.

So before i meet criteria for international sell and i am using it my account is at risk ?

After i choosed international shipping in the listing I had to agree with this :
I cant stand why eBay write something and after that i am able to skip it. They never said that I am not meet criteria. I am confused.

Agreement for international sale

Because

You offer an item for sale on another eBay website than the one on which you are registered; and or
You offer an item with an international shipping option (such as worldwide shipping), which may result in your item being sold to a buyer on a different eBay website than on the eBay website where you posted your item,

You must agree to these additional terms. This Agreement applies to all their current active offers and all their future offers. If you no longer wish to comply with the terms of this Agreement, you must end your active offers, discontinue making offers on any eBay website other than your eBay registration page, and stop submitting offers with an international shipping option.

THE PARTIES

If you have a PayPal account, this agreement will be concluded between:

Them;
eBay - if you live in a country of the European Union, your contract with eBay Europe S.à.r.l. If you live in the US, your contract is with eBay Inc .; in India, her contract is with eBay India Private Limited; in all other countries, its contractual partner is eBay International AG.
PayPal - namely the PayPal Company with which you have entered into the User Agreement to receive the PayPal Services. For example, if your PayPal account is registered in the European Union, you agree to this agreement with PayPal (Europe) S.àr.l. & Cie, S.C.A. from.

If you do not have a PayPal account, this agreement will only be entered between you and eBay.
PRINCIPLES ON OTHER EBAY WEBSITES

If your item is sold to a buyer on any eBay website other than the one you are registered on, you agree to the principles, laws and regulations of this other eBay website regarding the sale and distribution of items to fall to international buyers.
PAYMENT PAYMENTS PAYPAL PAYMENT VIA CERTAIN EBAY WEB SITES CAN NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD

You accept this paragraph as a notice PayPals regarding sales of items on certain eBay websites that you pay to them through PayPal, and agree that:

PayPal, pursuant to the "Withholding Payments" section of your PayPal Terms of Use, may withhold payments made on your PayPal account for specific transactions through certain eBay websites for up to 21 days, or longer under certain conditions, if so Assessment of PayPal a risk in relation to your person, your PayPal account,

Before you agree to the international sales - you need to try and make sure your account meets the requirement (to avoid any issues).

Sometimes it poses issues, sometimes it doesn't.

Better to be safe than sorry.

When account was created in .de and have 3 nice feedbacks will be a red flag to list in co.uk i.e ? This way I will not skip over international selling rules.

I am asking so many questions because i have two types low risk items, one popular in .de and the other popular in .co.uk.

Still doesn't meet criteria. 3 sales is not enough. Your putting account in risk of suspension.

Better if you stick to sales within same country of the account.
