I am reading Stealth Book again and I realized that the most important thing for long life account is feedback. This is the only way to build trust in eBay. Am I right ?

Accumulating lots of seller feedback is the way to go.
Account age is also important.

At anytime you could then get limited.

Week 1 sell £10 items, week 2 £20 items, week 3 £40 items... etc.
Not too many of course, especially in the early weeks.

I'd echo the same point rsot made - this would be a good time to start on another account. If you get tempted and start pushing this account too much (especially during the early stages) it can get you limited. Then you'll be back to square one.

Change to another low risk item. I want to try with different low risk item, to make feedback faster. Good or bad idea ?

When you spoke about "aged account" what do you mean, more than 1 year old or more than 2-3 months old seller account ?
I read here that account start ageing after first sale.
