FWIW, I've actually never gotten any public record questions asked when I call in. Instead, they try to "find" my identity in the system to verify me. 100% of the time, they never find me, and it's up to the customer rep what kind of increase (if any) that they'll give me. Sometimes its 5 -> 10/15, sometimes I get 30/50, sometimes I get nothing because they can't verify me. I don't usually call after 50 because that's plenty for me (organic increases come easily after that)

Just wondering am I doing something wrong?

Haha u guys made me lol with your response I think I'll give them a call then and see if I can get it taken care of. I thought they would ask other questions. I have a message saying she would revise feedback if I refund so I should be good.

That's how it works.

The good news is, after the first increase, they don't bother trying to "verify" you anymore. So you can just call in and get unlimited increases (every 30 days) as long as the account remains in good standing.

Dumb question, how do you add funds from a card? what card can i add funds for paypal?
